What do I get for the fee?
Online Therapy tailored around you and your lifestyle, at a time to suit. This could be just one session or a course of therapy.
Copies of relevant clinical notes, reports to other professionals as required such as your GP with a copy to you and contact via email or phone in between your sessions as and when you need further support.
When your agreed course of therapy comes to an end you'll be encouraged to keep in contact by email or phone and have access to further advice or a one off therapy session if needed - our door is never closed.
Do I need a GP referral?
Not for the initial appointment. it may come to light that your GP may need to be involved or that a further onward referral is required such as ENT.
Can I use my private health insurance?
Yes, most health insurances are covered. The main insurers we are registered with are; Bupa, Axa PPP, Vitality Health, Viva and Helix. Check with your provider that you are covered.
